Gonvarri Material Handling AS acquires Canrena System AB

Gonvarri förvärvar Canrena System AB

Beginning of December 2018, the purchase of Canrena System AB by Gonvarri Material Handling AS was announced. Canrena System AB will become an affiliate to Constructor Sverige AB joining the region GMH Nordic, headed by Leif Larsson.

The company has changed its name to Gonvarri Stålteknik AB, and will continue as an independant company within Gonvarri Material Handling AS. Niklas Bäckström has been appointed as new MD.

Canrena System AB, or Stålteknik which was the previous name, has a historically strong relation to Constructor in Scandinavia.
