Adlibri's new warehouse in Sweden is 5000 sqm and has a ceiling height of 10 meter. In order to maximize the storage capacity, it has been decided to install a 3000 sqm mezzanine floor from Gonvarri Stålteknik, and thus the storage area has been increased to a total of 8000 sqm. The mezzanine floor is placed 5 meters above floor level and rests on 140 columns. You reach the upper level via stairs and pallet goods are lifted using truck gates. Picked order bins are sent down to shipping department via conveyors. The entire structure has been stabilized with 6 stag towers around the mezzanine, instead of ordinary cross brace that usually are placed underneath.
